The Urban Edge: An Urban Townhouse Design Project

We are proud to present one of our most interesting design projects—an exclusive townhouse created for a modern businessman who values bold style and uncompromising functionality. Located in the heart of Poland, this concept is a deliberate departure from the typical residential look, embracing the raw strength of brutalism and the clean lines of modern conceptualism to craft a truly unique urban sanctuary.

The core of this design is its masterful use of stark textures and a rich, dark palette. We integrated a significant amount of black into the design, using it as a foundational element on walls and custom millwork to create a sense of depth and gravitas. The raw, exposed concrete on the ceilings and feature walls provides a striking textural contrast, celebrating the beauty of unadorned materials. This balance of dark sophistication and rugged authenticity defines the townhouse’s character.

This large-scale renovation was a meticulous process of transforming a standard space into a curated living environment. The furniture, lighting, and decor were chosen with purpose, each piece acting as a sculptural element within the space. Every detail, from the minimalist kitchen to the sophisticated home office, was designed to support a lifestyle of efficiency and quiet luxury. The finished project proves that a home can be both an oasis of comfort and a powerful reflection of a strong, modern identity.
